Florida SHOTS Live Webinar: Reports Overview

During this webinar we will review how to generate several useful reports within Florida SHOTS. These include the Reminder/Recall tool for increasing vaccine coverage among your pediatric and adolescent patients, the Patient Status Report that lists all patients who have your organization as the Current Immunization Provider (CIP), the Vaccine Utilization Report which shows vaccines administered within a specified date range, and the Shots Recorded report that generates an Excel file of vaccinations recorded corresponding to the specified VFC PIN.

Each organization enrolled with Florida SHOTS has at least one user designated as a Local Organization Administrator (LOA) to manage their account. Florida SHOTS LIVE Webinar: Managing Expired/Wasted Vaccines

Expired/wasted Vaccines for Children (VFC)/COVID-19 vaccines need to be manually removed from your inventory in Florida SHOTS.  With the end of the current flu season coming up, we will demonstrate how to complete adjustment to remove expired flu vaccines from your inventory, report, and request mailing label.   We will also go over the Aging Vaccine Report that identifies vaccines that have expired or will be expiring.

Florida SHOTS Reminder/Recall

The Reminder/Recall within Florida SHOTS helps you identify those patients who are due or overdue for all or specific vaccines and print mailing labels.  This is a perfect tool to try to get your pediatric and adolescent patients before the back-to-school rush.  You can access the step-by-step instructions on how to generate HERE.  Also available is Spanish.

Florida SHOTS LIVE Webinar: Patient Record Review

During this webinar we will provide an overview of a patient record within Florida SHOTS to assist you in managing your patients. Topics will include updating a patient's active/inactive status, reviewing immunization status, and generating an Immunization History Report and DH680 form for the patients. We will also demonstrate the Reminder/Recall report that shows a list of your patients who are due or overdue for any vaccines.

Electronically Certified DH680 Form

Healthcare providers can generate and electronically certify DH680 forms in Florida SHOTS and attach a PIN to allow parents/guardians to access the form. The form is legal and valid in the state of Florida for admittance to schools and daycare facilities and may be printed on standard white paper.  Click HERE to access our step-by-step guide to create electronically certified DH680 forms.
