LIVE Webinar: Updates for Local Organization Administrators
Organizations have at least one user designated as a Local Organization Administrator (LOA) to manage their Florida SHOTS account. Annual User Confirmation
In an effort to continue to maintain a secured site, organizations will have an annual User Confirmation period to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to Florida SHOTS. The organization’s Local Organization Administrators (LOA) will have a 90-day period to confirm all the users that need to continue with access and any user not confirmed at the end of the period will lose access. The LOA’s will see an alert when they log in to Florida SHOTS seven days prior to confirmation period beginning and receive an email notification the day before. Vaccines for Children (VFC) participants can access the Shots Recorded Report that provides a list of vaccinations recorded corresponding to the VFC PIN. This report used on an ongoing basis can assist in ensuring that VFC vaccines are accounted for in Florida SHOTS and avoid inventory discrepancies.
