2024 Holiday VFC Vaccine Shipping
Immunization Section updates for Vaccines for Children/Vaccines for Adults (VFC/VFA) providers.November Orders:There will be no deliveries on November 11, 26, 27, 28 and 29.Orders generated after November 19th may not ship until December 2.December Orders:There will be no deliveries from December 23rd to January 2nd.Orders generated after December 12 may not ship until January 2, 2025.
2023 Holiday VFC Vaccine Shipping and Ordering Schedule
Holiday Vaccine Shipping and Ordering: Orders placed after Friday, December 8, 2023 may not be shipped prior to January 2, 2024.Vaccines will be shipped up to December 19, 2023. Vaccines will not be shipped from December 20, 2023 through January 1, 2024. Regular vaccine shipments will resume on January 2, 2024.Report Shipping Issues ImmediatelyShipping issues must be reported on the day they occur.Contact the helpdesk at 1-877-888-7468, Option 1 then Option 2.If issues occur on a day the helpdesk is closed, you must report them to McKesson, Merck or Pfizer, depending on where the shipment came from. COVID-19 Vaccines for 2023-2024
Ordering is now open for the 2023-2024 formula of the COVID-19 vaccine. Enrolled Vaccines for Children (VFC) and Vaccines for Adults (VFA) providers can find the available vaccines on their regular VFC and VFA order request page in Florida SHOTS. COVID-19 vaccines are no longer ordered separately from other vaccines funded by VFC or VFA.

Vaccines for Children/Vaccine for Adult providers may now place orders for flu vaccines within Florida SHOTS.
Florida Flu Pre-book 2023-2024
The 2023-2024 flu pre-book opened in FL SHOTS on July 3, 2023. Only the enrollee, primary VFC coordinator or back-up VFC coordinator can enter the pre-book information into FL SHOTS. We recommend you review your administration data from the current flu season to determine the number of doses to pre-book for 2023-2024. Find step-by-step instruction on how to pre-book. Vaccines will be shipped up to December 20th. Shipping will occur on December 27th and 28th. Vaccines will not be shipped from December 29th through January 2, 2023. Regular vaccine shipments will resume on January 3, 2023.
