New User and Refresher Overview
New users or those who just need a refresher will learn the basics of Florida SHOTS. We will cover functions such as login, searching for a patient, and entering vaccines to get you started using the system. This overview is offered once each month.
Data Quality Reports
We encourage data upload participants to check your Upload Log Reports to ensure that your vaccine records are uploading properly to the registry. In this new monthly webinar, our Florida SHOTS data upload team will cover everything you need to know to monitor your uploads for errors, review your transaction history, and make sure your records are complete, current, and correct!
Managing Your VFC/COVID Inventory
Accurately maintaining your Vaccines for Children (VFC)/COVID-19 vaccine inventory is vital to your participation in the program. During this live webinar, we will demonstrate how to complete inventory adjustments to report wasted/expired vaccines, and generate the Shots Recorded Report to touch on the most common errors that can cause inventory discrepancies. We will also review the Aging Vaccine Report to identify vaccines that have expired or will be expiring.
Annual Re-Enrollment for VFC/COVID-19 Program
Providers enrolled with the Vaccines for Children (VFC) and/or COVID-19 Vaccine Program will need to complete the annual re-enrollment within Florida SHOTS. The enrolled provider, primary and secondary contact will receive a notification under the Florida SHOTS Task List within 60 days of re-enrollment due date. During this webinar we will go over how to review the account information and complete the re-enrollment.
