Florida SHOTS Live Webinar: Reports Overview
During this webinar we will review how to generate several useful reports within Florida SHOTS. These include the Reminder/Recall tool for increasing vaccine coverage among your pediatric and adolescent patients, the Patient Status Report that lists all patients who have your organization as the Current Immunization Provider (CIP), the Vaccine Utilization Report which shows vaccines administered within a specified date range, and the Shots Recorded report that generates an Excel file of vaccinations recorded corresponding to the specified VFC PIN. Each organization enrolled with Florida SHOTS has at least one user designated as a Local Organization Administrator (LOA) to manage their account. During this webinar, we will review the various features that LOAs have access to and ensure their Florida SHOTS account is up-to-date! Florida SHOTS LIVE Webinar: Managing Expired/Wasted Vaccines
Expired/wasted Vaccines for Children (VFC)/COVID-19 vaccines need to be manually removed from your inventory in Florida SHOTS. With the end of the current flu season coming up, we will demonstrate how to complete adjustment to remove expired flu vaccines from your inventory, report, and request mailing label. The Reminder/Recall within Florida SHOTS helps you identify those patients who are due or overdue for all or specific vaccines and print mailing labels. This is a perfect tool to try to get your pediatric and adolescent patients before the back-to-school rush. You can access the step-by-step instructions on how to generate HERE.
