Annual User Confirmation
In an effort to continue to maintain a secured site, organizations will have an annual User Confirmation period to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to Florida SHOTS. The organization’s Local Organization Administrators (LOA) will have a 90-day period to confirm all the users that need to continue with access and any user not confirmed at the end of the period will lose access. The LOA’s will see an alert when they log in to Florida SHOTS seven days prior to confirmation period beginning and receive an email notification the day before. Creating DH680 Forms in Florida SHOTS
Creating electronically certified DH680 forms can be a big timesaver for you and your patients. By electronically certifying the DH680 within Florida SHOTS, you not only save a copy that is accessible to schools and daycares, but you can create a Parent PIN that allows a parent/guardian to print it from home. Florida SHOTS User Confirmation
Starting in June, every enrolled organization will be required to confirm users in Florida SHOTS. Local Org Administrators (LOAs) must participate in this process to ensure personnel records are maintained and only authorized users have access to Florida SHOTS.Organizations will be assigned a 90-day period where its LOA must confirm current users in their assigned service sites who need access to Florida SHOTS. Florida SHOTS: User Confirmation
Florida SHOTS will introduce the User Confirmation process to improve system security through the review of user access. During the organization’s 90-day User Confirmation period, the Local Organization Administrator (LOA) will confirm that users affiliated with the organization should be granted continued access. Users who are not confirmed at the end of the organization’s 90-day period will no longer have access to Florida SHOTS.Information on how to complete the user confirmation can be found HERE.

Click on it to show (or hide) detailed information about each page and helpful tips!You can also find the icon beside many text fields. When clicked on, the help text will drop-down to appear at the top of the page with an explanation of those criteria fields highlighted in yellow.
