2024 VFC Annual Reenrollment Training
The 2024 Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program Annual Provider Staff Training will consist of two of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) “You Call the Shots” interactive, web-based training courses. Electronically Certifying DH680 Form in Florida SHOTS
Providers can create a Certified (electronically signed) Certificate of Immunization (DH Form 680) and a PIN that will allow parents and guardians to access the certified 680. Florida Flu Pre-book 2023-2024
The 2023-2024 flu pre-book opened in FL SHOTS on July 3, 2023. Only the enrollee, primary VFC coordinator or back-up VFC coordinator can enter the pre-book information into FL SHOTS. The Reminder/Recall within Florida SHOTS helps you identify those patients who are due or overdue for all or specific vaccines and print mailing labels.
