Vaccines for Children (VFC) Flu Vaccines
Influenza vaccines are being shipped to providers who completed the seasonal pre-book in Florida SHOTS. If you did not pre-book, you may contact the VFC Program at FloridaVFC@flhealth.gov to request doses be placed in pre-book for you. Please include your VFC PIN. Flu vaccine orders will not be available for ordering in Florida SHOTS, but the order status can be tracked on your Order Requests page. Once all providers have received half of their pre-book flu vaccines, the remaining vaccine doses should be requested through Florida SHOTS by using the Order Requests page. At that time, those providers who did not pre-book may request flu vaccines. Instructions for submitting your order can be found HERE. Also available in Spanish.
NEW PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS
As of October 8, 2022, new Florida SHOTS passwords must have the following parameters: Must be 10 to 30 characters long Must contain at least 1 lower-case, 1 upper-case, 1 number and 1 special character Cannot contain common password words such as “password”, “admin”, “12345”, etc Cannot contain more than 4 of the same repeating characters Cannot contain your system user ID Cannot be any of the previous 3 password used or any password used in the last 90 days Users will need to use new requirements when the system prompts them to update their password.
