LIVE Webinar: Florida SHOTS Account Maintenance Overview
Each organization enrolled with Florida SHOTS has at least one user designated as a Local Organization Administrator (LOA) to manage their account. During this webinar, we will review the various features that LOAs have access to and ensure their Florida SHOTS account is up-to-date! Electronically Certifying DH680 Form in Florida SHOTS
Providers can create a Certified (electronically signed) Certificate of Immunization (DH Form 680) and a PIN that will allow parents and guardians to access the certified 680. The DH 680 form is legal and valid in the state of Florida for admittance to schools and daycare facilities. Access instructions on how to create HERE. Also available in Spanish.

The Reminder/Recall within Florida SHOTS helps you identify those patients who are due or overdue for all or specific vaccines and print mailing labels. Florida SHOTS LIVE Webinar: Managing Expired/Wasted VFC Vaccines
Expired and wasted Vaccines for Children (VFC) vaccines need to be manually removed from your inventory and reported within Florida SHOTS. With the end of the current flu season coming up, we will demonstrate how to complete inventory adjustments to remove expired flu vaccines, report, and request mailing labels. 2023 VFC/COVID-19 Annual Re-enrollment Training
The Immunization Section's VFC/VFA/COVID-19 Annual Provider Staff Training consists of the "You Call the Shots” interactive, web-based training course. The enrollee, primary and back-up coordinators must review the required module(s) as well as complete an evaluation and posttest. Training should be completed prior to annual re-enrollment or before your next scheduled compliance site visit, whichever comes first. Florida SHOTS LIVE Webinar: Annual Re-Enrollment for VFC/COVID-19 Program
Providers enrolled with the Vaccines for Children (VFC) and/or COVID-19 Vaccine Program will need to complete the annual re-enrollment within Florida SHOTS. The enrolled provider, primary and secondary contacts will receive a notification under the Florida SHOTS Task List within 60 days of re-enrollment due date.
