Florida SHOTS LIVE Webinar: Reports
Florida SHOTS has many useful reports available to users from health care provider settings. During this live training we will review how to generate several of these reports. We will cover the Reminder/Recall tool to identify patients who are, have been, or will become due for various vaccinations, the Vaccine Utilization Report which shows vaccines administered within a specified date range, and the Shots Recorded Report that generates a file of Vaccines for Children (VFC) vaccinations recorded for specific site and date range. Reminder/Recall Report
The Reminder/Recall report within Florida SHOTS helps you identify any of your patients who are due or overdue for vaccines. This is a perfect tool for this time of year to get your pediatric and adolescent patients caught up before the back-to-school rush. Certificate of Immunization (DH Form 680)
Health care providers can create a certified Certificate of Immunization (DH Form 680) in Florida SHOTS along with a PIN that allows parents and guardians to access the certified form. The form is legal and valid in the state of Florida for admittance to schools and daycare facilities. The algorithms set to complete the form are in accordance with the Florida statutes which determine who can certify each part of the Form 680 based on the medical license defined under in the statutes themselves.
