Annual User Confirmation

In an effort to continue to maintain a secured site, organizations will have an annual User Confirmation period to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to Florida SHOTS. The organization’s Local Organization Administrators (LOA) will have a 90-day period to confirm all the users that need to continue with access and any user not confirmed at the end of the period will lose access.  The LOA’s will see an alert when they log in to Florida SHOTS seven days prior to confirmation period beginning and receive an email notification the day before. You can find step-by-step instructions on completing the user confirmation HERE.  Also available in Spanish.

Florida SHOTS User Confirmation

Starting in June, every enrolled organization will be required to confirm users in Florida SHOTS. Local Org Administrators (LOAs) must participate in this process to ensure personnel records are maintained and only authorized users have access to Florida SHOTS.Organizations will be assigned a 90-day period where its LOA must confirm current users in their assigned service sites who need access to Florida SHOTS.
