Organizations are responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to Florida SHOTS. In an effort to maintain a secure site, organizations will have an annual User Confirmation period. Local Organization Administrators (LOA) will have a 90-day period to confirm all the users that need to continue with access. Users who are not confirmed at the end of the confirmation period will have their accounts automatically inactivated.
