Each organization has at least one user designated as the Local Organization Administrator (LOA) to maintain their Personnel List. This includes resetting passwords, activating and unlocking other user accounts within the organization.
If you don’t know who your LOA is, select the “Customer Service” Florida SHOTS menu option then click “Contacts.” The name and contact information will be displayed, and can reach out for future login issues.
