Live trainings are offered in English and Spanish and include easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions about using Florida SHOTS and all of its tools and reports. Begin by selecting the appropriate office type: private provider or county health department.

New User and Refresher Overview

New users or those who just need a refresher will learn the basics of Florida SHOTS. We will cover functions such as login, searching for a patient, and entering vaccines to get you started using the registry. This overview is offered once each month.

Data Upload Log Reports

We encourage data upload participants to check your Upload Log Reports to ensure that your vaccine records are uploading properly to the registry. In this new monthly webinar, our Florida SHOTS data upload team will cover everything you need to know to monitor your uploads for errors, review your transaction history, and make sure your records are complete, current, and correct!

Log Tag FAQs

In this training, we will be going over the most frequently asked questions regarding the Vaccine for Children Program Log Tag thermometers.  We will review the recalibration process that includes manual temperature entry, restarting the Log Tag and will also go over the configuration settings to avoid errors when uploading your temperature files in Florida SHOTS.

Florida SHOTS 101: Basics for CHDs

Are you new to Florida SHOTS – or perhaps you need to refresh your memory? This webinar will provide general information for county health departments on navigating Florida SHOTS. Some items included will be: logging in and password retrieval, searching for patients and handling duplicate records, adding new patients, using the "Immunization Status" page and Vaccinations - adding, viewing, changing, etc.
