Live trainings are offered in English and Spanish and include easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions about using Florida SHOTS and all of its tools and reports. Begin by selecting the appropriate office type: private provider or county health department.

New User and Refresher Overview

New users or those who just need a refresher will learn the basics of Florida SHOTS. We will cover functions such as login, searching for a patient, and entering vaccines to get you started using the registry. This overview is offered once each month.

Data Upload Log Reports

We encourage data upload participants to check your Upload Log Reports to ensure that your vaccine records are uploading properly to the registry. In this new monthly webinar, our Florida SHOTS data upload team will cover everything you need to know to monitor your uploads for errors, review your transaction history, and make sure your records are complete, current, and correct!

Returning Expired/Wasted VFC Vaccines

This webinar will cover the VFC process for reporting wasted and returned vaccines within Florida SHOTS. Topics include: making adjustments for expired and administered flu vaccines, requesting shipping labels, and printing packing slips.

Assessing Your Immunization Levels for CHDs

During this webinar, you will learn how to run immunization coverage reports in Florida SHOTS and conform to AFIX standards. We will cover the features that you can use in order to help keep your patients up-to-date for all necessary childhood and adolescent vaccinations.
