Keep Your Patients Up-to-Date with Reminder/Recall

Reminder/recall is one of the many tools in Florida SHOTS that helps you boost immunization levels in your practice. Your office can create lists of patients who are due or overdue for immunizations and even create and print mailing labels. Keep track of your patients’ shots and never miss an opportunity to vaccinate! For step-by-step instructions on how to run a reminder/recall report in your office, check out our updated Reminder/Recall guide. Also available in Spanish.

Upload Data Quality Report Now Available!

A new tool is now available in Florida SHOTS to help data upload participants monitor and track uploads to prevent errors and rejections. Users with access to the “System Transaction” menu will see the new “Upload Data Quality Report.” This report will allow users to select a date range and generate a spreadsheet with all the errors and warnings from that time period. The “Upload Data Quality Report” is an easy-to-use option to review data quality and will help practices quickly identify any problems and make the necessary corrections.

This report will be covered in our monthly Data Quality Reports live webinar.  Click HERE to register!

Need Help Completing Your VFC Re-enrollment in Florida SHOTS?

Our Florida SHOTS VFC Annual Enrollment guide will take you step-by-step through how to make edits to your account and submit your re-enrollment. Only the VFC primary contact, secondary contact, or the enrollee in your office will have access to complete the re-enrollment. When your re-enrollment is due within the next 60 days, you’ll see a notification in your “Task List.”

Remember, all primary and secondary contacts and enrollees must complete the required 2018 VFC Annual Provider Staff Training HERE. Don’t forget to print your certificate and complete the survey at the end of the training!

Florida SHOTS Live Webinar: Managing Your Florida SHOTS Account

It’s a great time to ensure that your Florida SHOTS account and Personnel List are current and correct—especially for VFC Providers preparing for re-enrollment. We are offering live training sessions throughout the month of March covering all aspects of this important responsibility. Sign up today!
