Florida SHOTS is aware of an issue with printing forms and reports with users receiving a "404" error. This problem was caused by a security update from Microsoft on 6/13. We are monitoring the issue for resolution from Microsoft but the only option for users is to try using Florida SHOTS with Edge, Chrome, or Firefox. Additionally, we recommend checking to see that "Compatibility View" is not enabled for anything containing "flshots.com" (Tools > Compatibility View Settings). For larger organizations, this may be controlled by centralized network/IT policy and may appear as "Enterprise Mode" being enabled (office building icon to the left of the address bar).
