  • Set Your Records Free

    Did you know that Florida SHOTS may automatically lock out other providers for up to two hours if a patient record is not properly released?

    To release a patient record and prevent any locked records:

    1. Go to the Patient menu.
    2. Click on the “Release Patient Record” button in the Patient tab.


    You’re done, and the patient record is released!

  • New Users: Don’t Forget to Acknowledge Training!

    We want to ensure all new users have the training and resources needed to get the most out of Florida SHOTS. When logging in, new users will see a task in the “Task List” directing to the “Training Resources” page where all of our training materials and links are shown. There, you will see a button to acknowledge that you’ve reviewed this information.

  • Spring Cleaning Your Personnel List

    It’s a great time to ensure that your Florida SHOTS account and personnel list are current and correct. Only Local Organization Administrators (LOAs) have the authority to update your personnel list, add/end user access, set permissions, and manage your organization’s Florida SHOTS account. We are offering live training sessions throughout the month of April covering all aspects of this important responsibility. Sign up today!
