  • Cheat Sheet List of Vaccine Codes

Hot off the presses, click to download the latest update to the Florida SHOTS “Shortcut Guide.” One of our most popular items, this guide charts the Florida SHOTS name associated with each vaccine, brand name, and manufacturer. Take the guesswork out of which vaccine name to select from the registry’s drop-down list, and ensure accuracy with this handy reference tool.

  • FAQ Update for VFC Temperature Log Training

Now that VFC providers are required to log twice-daily VFC vaccine temperatures into Florida SHOTS at least once every seven days, it’s important for users to be familiar with the process. Florida SHOTS has recently updated its “VFC Temperature Monitoring FAQs” to provide extra help to registry users. Among the updates, we’ve provided clarification on whether users need to continue logging temperatures on paper after receiving a data logger, and instruction on what to do if your order says “Suspended Missing Temp Readings.” Just click on this link to view the newly updated “VFC Temperature Monitoring FAQs.”

  • Don’t Get Locked Out

If a Florida SHOTS password doesn’t work after you’ve tried to enter it twice, the best course of action is to use the “Forgot your password?” function to reset it. After three failed login attempts, the account will be locked, and you will need to call the Florida SHOTS help desk at 1-877-888-SHOT to have your account unlocked.
