Florida SHOTS Reminder/Recall

The Reminder/Recall within Florida SHOTS helps you identify those patients who are due or overdue for all or specific vaccines and print mailing labels.  This is a perfect tool to try to get your pediatric and adolescent patients before the back-to-school rush.  You can access the step-by-step instructions on how to generate HERE.  Also available is Spanish.

Florida SHOTS LIVE Webinar: Patient Record Review

During this webinar we will provide an overview of a patient record within Florida SHOTS to assist you in managing your patients. Topics will include updating a patient's active/inactive status, reviewing immunization status, and generating an Immunization History Report and DH680 form for the patients. We will also demonstrate the Reminder/Recall report that shows a list of your patients who are due or overdue for any vaccines.

Electronically Certified DH680 Form

Healthcare providers can generate and electronically certify DH680 forms in Florida SHOTS and attach a PIN to allow parents/guardians to access the form. The form is legal and valid in the state of Florida for admittance to schools and daycare facilities and may be printed on standard white paper.  Click HERE to access our step-by-step guide to create electronically certified DH680 forms.

During this live webinar, we are covering the functionality and tools to help you accurately maintain your COVID-19 vaccine inventory. We will demonstrate how to accept pending receipts, and complete inventory adjustments to report wasted/expired vaccines. We will also review the Shots Recorded Report to touch on the most common errors that can cause inventory discrepancies.

LIVE Webinar: Florida SHOTS Account Maintenance

Each organization enrolled with Florida SHOTS has at least one user designated as a Local Organization Administrator (LOA) to manage their account. During this webinar, we will review the various features that LOAs have access to and ensure their Florida SHOTS account is up-to-date! Topics include unlocking a patient record, managing your Personnel List (adding/ending/unlocking user access) and setting Vaccines for Children (VFC) permissions.

UPDATED 2022 VFC/COVID-19 Annual Re-enrollment Training Guide

The Enrollee, Primary and Back-up Coordinators for Vaccines for Children (VFC), Vaccines for Adults (VFA) and COVID-19 Vaccine Program participants will need to complete CDC’s “You Call the Shots” interactive, web-based training course. VFC/VFA participants must complete the required modules Vaccines for Children (VFC) and Vaccine Storage and Handling. COVID-19 Vaccine Program participants ONLY need to complete Vaccine Storage and Handling module.
